The current pandemic has affected our daily life significantly. Unfortunately, the risk of having a skin cancer does not change during a viral pandemic. At OZ Skin Cancer Clinics Pakenham, we are pound that we will continue to provide the essential service for the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing care of our patients affected by skin cancer.

 

The following ESSENTIAL SERVICE will continue:

 

  • Diagnosis and treatment of high-risk skin cancers, including melanoma
  • Surgical procedure for skin cancers
  • Post-operative care

 

For patient who has a new or changing lesion, or who is age over 70, and unable to attend the clinic due to self-isolation can contact us to discuss the options of telehealth consult.

 

OZ Skin Cancer Clinics Pakenham takes our patients’ health as priority and endeavours to make the clinic a ‘low-risk’ zone for COVID-19 (Coronavirus). We have implemented all COVID-19 precautionary protocols to ensure the health and safety of our staff, doctors and patients.

– You have been overseas within the last 14 days.
– You have ANY of the following symptoms (regardless of travel history): fever, cough, widespread body aches (flu-like), sore throat, stuffy/runny nose, breathing difficulties, conjunctivitis, vomiting, or diarrhoea. You must not attend until you have been 100% well for at least 48 hours or have had a negative Coronavirus test.
